The Studio
DANAG is a Puerto Princesa-based studio that treats architecture and real estate as one discipline, not two. Every project starts with a design problem worth solving — a site, a budget, a way of living — and ends with a space, or a listing, that actually earns its price.
Our approach stays hands-on from first sketch to final handover: design and technical drawings by our own team, construction overseen in person, and no project handed off halfway through. We build spaces people want to live in, then help the right people find them.
Every plan, render, and drawing is produced by our own team — no outsourced templates, no generic layouts. What you see is what gets built.
